1. What is ACHI Studios?

ACHI Studios is an award-winning, 7,000-square-foot production facility located in Austell, Georgia (Metro Atlanta). We provide "big budget" film sets, photography spaces, and production services to independent creators, filmmakers, authors, and playwrights at an affordable rate.

2. Where is ACHI Studios located?

We are located at 7485 Factory Shoals Rd, Suite A1, Austell, GA 30168, just minutes from downtown Atlanta.

3. Who owns ACHI Studios?

ACHI Studios is a family-owned legacy business founded by the Fletcher family: James Fletcher, Dr. Juanita Fletcher, Natasha Fletcher Ealey, and Taneisha Fletcher Battin. It is currently led by the mother-daughter duo, Dr. Juanita Fletcher and Taneisha Fletcher.

4. How long has ACHI Studios been open?

We opened our doors in 2024 and celebrated our first anniversary in December 2025 by winning the "Best of Georgia" Award.

5. What awards has ACHI Studios won?

We are an award-winning company recognized for both our facility and our original films.​

• Studio: We are the winner of the 2025 Georgia Business Journal "Best of Georgia" Awards in the Movie and Recording Studios category.

• Films: Our productions have garnered international acclaim. Notably, our short film "I Am My Sister" was a Semi-Finalist at the Best Short Fest and an Official Selection at both the BLOW-UP International Arthouse Filmfest Chicago and the New York Lift-Off Film Festival.​

We have over 12 professional standing sets under one roof, including:

7. If I rent the studio, do I get access to all the sets?

Yes! When you book the film studio, you generally get access to all our preset standing sets, allowing you to move around and shoot multiple scenes in different environments within your scheduled time.

8. Do you have spaces for hair, makeup, and wardrobe?

Yes, we have a dedicated private dressing room and hair & makeup station to get your talent camera-ready.

9. Is there a place for my cast and crew to wait?

Absolutely. We offer a multipurpose room that serves as a holding area for background actors (extras) or a place for crew meals, as well as a conference room for table reads and production meetings.

10. Is the studio soundproof?

While we are a professional production space, we are not fully soundproofed. Renters should be aware that neighboring businesses may be active during specific hours (typically Sundays 10 AM – 4 PM, Wednesdays 5 PM – 9 PM, and Fridays 5 PM – 9 PM), though this rarely interferes with music video shoots.

11. Do you have a Green Screen?

Yes, we have a dedicated Green Screen room for special effects and chroma key work.​

Category 3: Services & Production

12. What new services are you offering in 2026? 

Starting in 2026, we are launching two major new divisions:

• "Page to Screen" Services: Full production support for authors and playwrights to turn their books and plays into films.

• Music Video Production: Comprehensive video packages specifically for recording artists.

13. Can you help me turn my book into a movie?

Yes. Our "Page to Screen" service is designed for authors who have a story but need the technical team (crew, casting, directing) to adapt it into a screenplay and film it.

14. Do you produce music videos?

Yes, we now offer end-to-end music video production services for artists, utilizing our diverse sets (like the Club, Jail, or Police Station) to create high-value visuals.

15. Do you offer photography services?

Yes. In addition to renting the space to outside photographers, we have an in-house photography team specializing in headshots, fashion, beauty, and editorial photography.​

Category 4: Rates, Booking & Membership

​

16. How much does it cost to rent ACHI Studios?

We are known as the most affordable studio in the state. Our hourly rental rates typically start around $75/hour (rates may vary by specific package or platform).

​

17. Do you offer memberships?

Yes! For frequent creators, we offer high-value memberships. Examples include monthly packages starting at $250/month for 4 studio hours, up to $900/month for 15 hours, offering significant savings over hourly rates.

​

18. What is the minimum booking time?

Most bookings require a minimum of 2 hours to ensure you have enough time for load-in, shooting, and load-out.

​

19. Does my booking time include setup and breakdown?

Yes. Your rental period begins exactly at your booked start time and ends at your booked finish time. You must include your setup (load-in) and breakdown (cleanup) time within your reservation window.

20. Can I book the studio online?

Yes, you can book directly through our website (www.achistudios.com) or through platforms like Peerspace and Giggster. Booking directly with us often saves you third-party fees.​

Category 5: Policies & Logistics

​

21. Is parking available?

Yes, we have ample parking available on-site for your cast and crew.

​

22. Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, and grip gear. We also have some equipment available; please inquire if you need specific rentals.

​

23. Is alcohol allowed on set?

No. ACHI Studios is a dry facility. No alcohol is permitted anywhere on the premises.

​

24. What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict no-refund policy. However, we understand that plans change. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking starts, you will receive a store credit valid for one year. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for credit. (Note: Policies for bookings made via third-party platforms like Peerspace may vary.)

25. Can I tour the studio before booking?
