Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 48 hours will receive a credit valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before your booking) are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Rescheduling is allowed at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online or by contacting ACHI Studios directly.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, or online transfer.

Rental Time & Studio Use

• Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown. Please schedule accordingly.

• Early arrivals are not permitted; entry is only allowed at your scheduled start time.

• The space must be left clean and exactly as found. This includes returning all furniture and props to their original positions.

• You are liable for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after your booking.

• Illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior is not allowed under any circumstances.

• No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Equipment Rentals

• Equipment must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.

• Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of all studio equipment.

Guests & Conduct

• Renters are responsible for the behavior of all guests.

• Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in guests being asked to leave at management’s discretion.
