Thank you for booking with ACHI Studios! We’re excited to welcome you. Please review the final details below to help your RENTAL session run smoothly. This breakdown is for our renters. Our photo sessions will get directions directly from our photographer.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Access to the space will only be granted at that time, especially if the prior renter’s session is still in progress. Please inform your cast and crew, as ringing the bell can disrupt other sessions.

Our studio manager will be on-site to greet you at the start of your booking.
You may enter through the back entrance, where parking is available—at the time of your rental ring the bell and they will let you in.

STUDIO ACCESS & LAYOUT

• The manager will guide you to the space you’ve reserved.

• The film studio is located downstairs and you have access to every set on the floor.

• There are two restrooms (one in the front and one in the back) please look for the sign.

• You’ll have access to the front lobby, break room and the dressing room on your floor.

• The refrigerator is available for you to store snacks and drinks. This is the primary space for food to be in the studio. Please place any items that need to be heated there.

EQUIPMENT & WHAT TO BRING

Included in your rental:

• The facility itself

• Any props downstairs you have access to, please return any items you use to its original place.

• Please be sure to bring ANY gear you may need, such as lighting equipment, triggers, or other production tools, as these are not provided.

• Some items are available for rent. Please revisit the "add ons" or ask for the sheet on your arrival.

EXTENSION & PAYMENT POLICY​

• Fifteen minutes before your session ends, our studio manager will check in to see if you need additional time.

• Extensions are available in one-hour increments only (we do not offer 30-minute rates). Please plan to have everything out of the building by the end of your rental if you don't want to extend.

• Extension payments can be made directly to the manager via cash, CashApp, Applepay, Square or Zelle.

STUDIO GUIDELINES & AMENITIES

• We kindly ask that any items moved during your session be returned to their original place before you leave.

• Note there is a 35 person limit in the film studio, if you plan to have more you must inform us as we try to make sure everyone has a place to sit and place their belongings.
