Our conference room and multipurpose room at ACHI Studios is now open for Table Reads, Pre-Production Meetings, Location Scouting Meeting, Wardrobe/Makeup Test Meetings & Casting Meetings/Audition Sessions! The conference room holds 6 The Multipurpose room holds 14 Each space offers a professional yet comfortable setting with flexible layouts to fit your needs. ✅ Available by the hour or day ✅ Convenient location with on-site parking Space is limited to the room you choose, the lobby & the break room.
Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies No refunds. If you cancel, you will receive a credit only—no refunds are issued. Cancellation notice: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking. If you miss this window, your credit will be void. Credit validity: Credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued. Booking time: Your setup and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time. Please book enough time to accommodate both. Arrival: Early arrival is not permitted. Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Alcohol: No alcohol is allowed anywhere on the premises.
