Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies No refunds. If you cancel, you will receive a credit only—no refunds are issued. Cancellation notice: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking. If you miss this window, your credit will be void. Credit validity: Credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued. Booking time: Your setup and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time. Please book enough time to accommodate both. Arrival: Early arrival is not permitted. Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Alcohol: No alcohol is allowed anywhere on the premises.
